Finding time to think .. your garden

Enjoyed the below Harvard Business review article on finding time to think.  As what Peter Drucker would call “Knowledge Worker”, our value and ability to contribute is directly attributed to what we know.  Thinking through complexity, and being insanely productive requires reflection and growth.  Nice to see a source supporting the work habits of my colleagues and I is sensible.

Actually, in some ways, our productivity is the problem. Something’s lost in an environment of manic productivity: learning.
